Parallel windows

To address compatibility issues when using tablets in landscape mode, we offer optimized display adaptations for portrait-mode apps and introduce a dual-column layout within the same app.

How it works

It is based on the Letterbox and Embedding frameworks, which enable portrait-mode apps to be displayed in landscape mode and be centered.
Management rules are implemented in the app to display different activities of the same app side by side in the same interface.
It also supports quick switching between different modes, and users can switch to full screen, split screen or floating window mode in a single step.

User perception

We've enhanced app compatibility on tablets to fully leverage the advantages of larger screens, improving usability and efficiency for users.

Split screen

By displaying multiple apps on the same screen at the same time, work and study efficiency is significantly improved, providing more convenience in multitasking scenarios.

How it works

Different task stacks and corresponding display areas are created for split-screen apps so that multiple apps can be displayed and run.
By further splitting each of the original dual-stacks, the display is increased from the native dual-screen to quad-screen.

User perception

The screen usage efficiency of tablet devices is greatly improved, enabling efficient multitasking in various scenarios such as study, work and entertainment, reducing the time spent switching between different apps and improving productivity.
The range of options for dual- and quad-screen also provide more convenience for light or heavy use scenarios.

Floating Window

By running the app as a window, users can run multiple apps at the same time and freely switch between them.

How it works

Based on the native Android Freeform framework, each app task can be displayed in a separate window. Users can adjust the size, position and level of the floating app window according to their needs, and can also switch to other modes such as split screen or full screen at any time. The floating window can also be used in conjunction with split screen or full screen and locked in the foreground.

User perception

Supporting up to 10 floating windows in the foreground, the system dramatically enhances multitasking efficiency and offers greater flexibility for work, daily use, and entertainment.

*The number of windows depends on the device's performance and screen size. Actual experience may vary.

PC mode

A PC-like interface further enhances productivity, providing a business-ready experience similar to a traditional PC.

How it works

With the launcher, taskbar, status display, desktop, and app windows reproduced on a tablet—and full support for keyboard, mouse, and pen—users enjoy a more efficient and intuitive workstation.

User perception

From display modes to window management and keyboard input, the system fully simulates a PC experience. Seamlessly switch between tablet and PC modes for greater productivity and convenience.

Extended screen mirroring

Supports the need for multiple monitors with different content displayed on the tablet and the monitor to provide a PC-like operating experience, whether for audiovisual entertainment or efficient office work.

How it works

Extends the Android display system to allow different apps to run on different monitors.

User perception

Users can watch movies or videos on the big screen, work efficiently at any time and enjoy more stunning visuals.
